Rhododendron Trek locally known as “Guras” is the delight of the Eastern Himalayan Mountains; this hike takes to a land of flowers and ever smiling people. One can experience the Himalayan village with its beauty, fostered in the lap of the wonderful Himalayan Kingdom. On the way of this trek there are Maenam and Barsay wildlife sanctuaries. This peak located at an altitude of 3636m of the Singalila Range is the terminating point of many trekking routes in the Darjeeling-Sikkim region.
